Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of alquabidamedia-solutions.com (the "Site") and to services provided by Al Quabida Media Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide marketing and advertising services, including paid social campaign management, ad creative production and performance reporting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each client are set out in a written proposal or agreement ("Proposal"). If a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal applies.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely approvals and any access needed to deliver the services.
- Make sure your products, services, claims and materials are lawful and comply with the policies of the advertising platforms used.
- Pay advertising platform charges (ad spend) directly unless the Proposal states otherwise.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are listed in the Proposal and are due as stated on each invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving written notice.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel ongoing monthly services with 14 days' written notice to billing@alquabidamedia-solutions.com. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. If you prepaid for work that has not started, we will refund the unused amount within 14 days of cancellation. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms cannot be refunded by us.
5. Results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings or returns on ad spend.
6. Intellectual property
After full payment, you own the final creative deliverables made specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may mention your business name as a client in our portfolio.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the services.
8. Use of the Site
You may not use the Site in any unlawful way, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its operation. Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
